This scarecrow scene was created as a prototype for a class in
animation.  He waves his arms, his eyes and mouth light up,
and the jack-o-lanterns glow.
    

Sometime in between taking the photo of him with his arms out and before the lights came on, a crow showed up!

He doesn't seem to be doing a very good job of scaring the bird off.
